We will not forward it to anyone nor make any effort to contact your current or most recent employer or references without first discussing the career opportunity with you and obtaining your approval.
Fees: We are engaged by the employer, client or affiliated recruiters. There is NEVER a cost to you for our placement or search services. We DO NOT "market" candidates for a fee.
All information provided to Manta Security Management Recruiters is considered private and will not be used for any purpose other than presenting candidates to clients for consideration of employment. Client information relating to recruiting searches will be disclosed only as necessary to allow potential candidates to determine their interest and availability. Candidate information will only be submitted to clients with the consent of the candidate as part of the candidate presentation and client consideration process. Manta Security Management Recruiters will maintain control of access to your confidential information until such time as it is destroyed and candidates can request to have their files removed at any time. All candidate files shall remain active within our database for a minimum of one year.
What We Expect From Our Candidates...
Resume: We require that you provide us with an up-to-date resume' (not CV or Bio) that is professional and accurate. This resume' will contain your full contact information, outlines your accomplishments, includes correct dates for each position held, exact name and location of each employer you worked for, your education, certifications and specialized training, awards and any community involvement, if applicable. Potential employers require solid, factual information on a candidate before they will invest the time to make a phone call, commit to travel expenses for interviews and potential relocation costs.
Professional References: We require at least three (3) references that can attest to your career and professional abilities. Please ensure that your contacts are informed about being your reference and that we may contact them.
Truthfulness: We may verify the information on your resume and speak with your past employers and references. Always be correct and truthful about the information you provide and the reason for leaving any position.
Communication: We recommend and encourage candidates to register with many recruiting and search firms in order to maximize their exposure to potential opportunities.
Ethics: Our service to candidates is FREE-OF-CHARGE. We expect our mutual relationship to be one of ethical and professional behavior in order to better serve your career goals.
Patience: We present ONLY those candidates who meet our client's requirements. Therefore, you may need to wait and be patient until your "Perfect Fit" position is brought to us by an employer.
